Discover Avigliana through its history and flavours: a tour of the medieval heart of the town
To mark the ‘La Bionda in Tavola’ event – a Slow Food Presidium for Terra Madre – Salone del Gusto – join us for a fascinating stroll through the historic centre of Avigliana. Amidst ancient alleyways, picturesque views and centuries-old tales, the tour is enriched by delicious stops dedicated to the Drubiaglio onion and local gastronomic specialities.
An experience to be savoured with all your senses, blending culture and authentic flavours. As well as a rich selection of high-quality local produce, sourced directly from the fields of local farms, you’ll have the chance to meet the producers, hear their stories and discover first-hand what we put on our tables and how it’s produced.
